This is a t-shirt design, based on a comic I made up called "Hammer (and Sickle) Time." It's...strange, but it's about Lenin, Stalin, and Trotsky mysteriously transported to present day and their mission to thwart Capitalism and reinstate communism all over the world, one little league soccer player at a time. So it's not a very good idea, but I thought it was funny. Lenin has an affinity for red Icees, which he buys from the local 7-11 (even during winter.) Stalin has a strange tendancy to make ordinary people who displease him disappear under mysterious circumstances (like the Deli man on the corner.) And Trotsky writes dramatic essays on Communism, which he makes aforementioned little league soccer players read in an attempt to train them to be a loyal future Red Army. Comic hilarity ensues. I hope.
Drawn on computer using Photoshop 7.0.... Trotsky doesn't look too much like Trotsky, but all the pictures I could find of him looked different all the time. Lenin's arms looks kinda short, but it's supposed to be like, forshortening. If my brother-in-law likes the design, he'll probably make a lot of shirts and sell them. If not, I demand my own shirt, since I've wanted something like this for a long time.
Dude, I would love this on a shirt. It's awesome. The comic sounds pretty funny too. Lenin is the shit. Too bad Stalin wouldn't like Lenin, and he and Trotsky would disappear, then it'd just be Stalin.
This is hella cool. +fav

There must be some mistake,
I didn't mean to let them take
away my soul,
am I too old,
is it too late?
Where's the feeling gone?
Will I remember the song?
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P

The show must go on...
Just one question- do they succeed?
Anyway, 'tis a brilliant picture, and I agree that it'd look good on a T-shirt
